And here I thought there was no 'I' in 'teamwork' - oh, silly me, I forgot I couldn't spell ! Five months ago, you also spoke that way about this upcoming v2.0 ("Mail_Mime is staying as it is, until I find time to complete version 2.0"), but apparently 'you' haven't had any luck finding the necessary time. Perhaps the time has come for 'you' (not 'us') to take care of some of 'your' package's open bugs instead - that shouldn't be as time-consuming as a new major release, and I guess the 71,887 users of Mail_Mime would appreciate having a non-buggy and RFC compliant package rather than a unrealized vision. While at it, what's the purpose of removing the Mail_(M|m)ime v2.0 code from CVS anyway (log note: "This code is now being maintained elsewhere")? Of cause, that's just one way to make sure there's not going to be any teamwork nor any input from the community. Having so little time, perhaps you should consider embracing the help and expertise that exist in the pear community - it doesn't seem the solo thing is going anywhere. Heino
