mkdir /var/www/php4/pear/Archive/
cp <php_cvs_dir>/pear/Archive/Tar.php /var/www/php4/pear/Archive/Tar.php
If you want to install the XML_Tree package, for the moment you can do
it simply with:
cp -a <php_cvs_dir>/pear/XML_Tree/* /var/www/php4/pear/XML/
