Hi,
Who should I bug to get my pear web account (SergioSGC) upgraded, so I can upload releases of Structures_Graph? The release upload page:
http://pear.php.net/release-upload.php
is reporting insuficient privileges.
I've applied also for a CVS account as per instructions here:
http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php
If this is not the appropriate procedure, please advise.
Cheers,
Sérgio Carvalho
