Hi Russ: Thanks for the patch here and through the bug system. I'll apply it. Care to help out a bit more and look through the documentation for other DBMS's and see what their error codes are for deadlocks? That way this can be of more use. I'll probably rename the constnat to DB_ERROR_DEADLOCK for brevity.
