I think you are misunderstanding what I and others have been saying: PEPr
was not supposed to end the voting like that, nor was it supposed to take
a -1 vote without a comment. It was a failure on the part of PEPr that had
nothing to do with you or anything you did/said.
The voting should have been open for 14 days regardless of who voted how,
provided the vote sum had not reached 5. That was not the case. A simple
PEPr bug. Therefore the vote must be reopened -- regardless of anything
else.
