ah forgot to look up toby's code. i'll do that now.

well i've already started working on extending my Net_SMS class to include both
scmxx and gammu APIs. so if toby doesn't have anything against it, i'd like to
include any of his code too.
what do people think of using this class for PEAR's Net_SMS?
