yes and each time i've pointed out the fact that there is almost a complete
solution available.

i wasn't talking about PEPr being bad, the app is really nice actually! read the
emails, don't pointlessly guess and fire back comments. i just have a problem
with the whole workflow/approach/mentality to submitting and handling proposals

sure! what's the procedure again to *get* an account? back to the chicken-egg
stuff.

so now i have to email personally the guys who propose something? what's the
point of the mailing lists then?
this isn't an ego trip "use mine" etc. i couldn't care less who gets their
package in, but i would like to see a decent Net_SMS package, especially now
that it has been bounced around the lists for *months* without actually getting
anywhere when the code *is* there.
