sure. it seems like the single problem is the fact that you only see links when
you are logged in. i don't have an account and when i view a PEPr linked from a
mailing list post, i get stuck there and end up having to edit the url to go
anywhere, for example "browse all proposals" or something would be good when
viewing a single proposal.
also to actually get to PEPr from the pear home page would be nice too.
but i take it these should already be present, so is it a problem to simply
activate the links to PEPr for non-logged-in users too?
