Why not just have Math_RootFinding with the understanding that this will
need to be reorganized in the future as more math code comes in?
The current state of PEAR:Math is that it is mostly a flat list of
packages with no apparent structure to it yet. This makes sense given
that there isn't much code there right now other than Jesus'.
If someone is going to take on the task of creating a larger numerical
analysis package then maybe at the point a numerical algorithms directory
should be created and this class moved into it. Alternatively, if someone
wants to build a calculus package, it could be moved in there.
I would suggest doing the simplist thing that works - just put it under
the Math folder for now.
