Removing a package is strongly discouraged - or better to say: imho
we don't intend to do it for backward compatiblity. That having said,
the only way would be to mark it "deprecated" at that point. However,
we should try to keep the number or deprecated packages as low as
ever possible. Do you think a development in CVS might be an option,
so that you can merge it into a new beta (and then stable) of
XML_RPC?
