For the meeting, it will also be nice to have some sort of voting system online where people not present at the meeting could express their vote too using a web interface and their pear account. Or we can totalize votes in IRC.

I suggest we open 2 IRC channels, one for discussion and one for votes. We will parse the one for votes later on and have it compiled in a table. We need to decide a list of questions we will propose for vote, then for each question people will vote on IRC by indicating their account name and their vote like this: nickname1> mansion:+1 How does that sound ?
