When I do this the style sheet takes effect as its supposed to, but before the override, the page behaved as though one wasn't applied at all. Also important to note, after I did the override I wasn't able to return the site to the same tiny state as before by deleting the custom style. So, that said, I dunno, I'm sure its just a bug in the 1.7 RC - so, nevermind! ;) Not exactly sure how to recreate it or I'd consider reporting it to the Mozilla people.
