HTML_Form and accesskeys

Hi Folks: The last release of HTML_Form was in April 2003. It's essentially orphaned. The methods contained therein don't have the ability to have accesskey (or other) attributes. I'd like to add a feature to the package of having another parameter to element creation methods named $attr, which would allow users to add any additional attributes they wish. This comes in handy for adding CSS classes, styles, etc as well. I can try to knock out some other bugs as well and roll a new release.
