I would like to request that the phpdoc package be removed from the listings on pearweb and in the manual.
It has been deprecated for a long time and hasn't been developed or supported for an even longer time.
I'll work with the PEAR doc team to come up with a new section for the manual, mainly moving the tag reference at: http://phpdoc.org/docs/HTMLSmartyConverter/PHP/phpDocumentor/tutorial_tags.pkg.html to replace the current phpdoc section.
I'm not sure if this belongs on this list, but im not on the QA list so i'll give this a try.
