Oh Bertrand, I'm so glad someone else shares this opinion.
After reading Greg's comments, I felt more than disheartened - I was not out
to offend anyone.
Greg's response, I felt, was so incredibly defensive and aggressive I
decided to leave it, perhaps I'll keep my views to myself next time - is
this something the QA team encourages?
If it was to be renamed, as discussed in a later email, I think "Error"
would be fine. That's the name I use in all my projects.
If a new category has to be created, I don't think that's a bad thing.
