That's not the same!
The installer should do that by default.
Personally I don't mind typing the test dir in, because I know it, for those
who don't it's an extra thing to type.
I don't think it makes sense to have the pear installer test single test
files, it should be used for testing the files provided with each pear
package,
hence: # pear run-tests package
