Okay, this is what I did:
Deleted all occurences of my proposal Text_Util. Created
a new one named Text_Util_2. This time - for sure -
no refreshs or whatever supposed. All I get is a
DB Constraint error. The proposol itself is visible, but
it is impossible to edit it, e.g. add links to resources.
So I report a bug now if this is okay. Ah, I forget,
after deleting a proposal I get this:
