Okay. Thanks for being specific. Testing on my development server didn't
produce this error, but trying a test on the live server did. Seems the
database tables aren't exactly the same. I'll ask Martin for an updated
mysqldump to rectify this difference.

Very strange. While I got the initial constraint violation upon the
initial submission, the links went in and I was able to edit them without
incident.
I put in "PEAR package file (.tgz)" for two link types and used
"http://example.com/" as the link text.
Hmm... This is odd. I changed one of the link types and submitted the
form and got the constraint message and now I can't change them. Even
weirder, now the "Database :: Test" proposal is in there twice.
