As you have seen I did several proposals. Excuse me,
I am a newbie. But I did only only name Text_Util_2
to make the whole problem repeatable. So this is
what I did: I filled out all mandatory fielda
including path information and hit submit. Immediately
after that the next page comes up with the db
constraint error. What's interesting is that
the proposal is visible on the list, but I cannot
add the missing path information. Each time I got
the db constraint error. Frustrated by that I
deleted the package and got the header warning.
