I think users should be educated in how CVS works. Maybe a quick
tutorial and advise them to read the CVS Book?
Apperently that is not enough. I see a lot of people using "cvs import",
which they shouldn't do. I guess it has something to do with the phrase
"youhave an account, feel free to import your module into CVS" or
similar.
Isn't it possible to patch cvs and somehow remove the import handler completely from the code? Or at least cut off that stuff from the server command handler? Noone should use import, and it can do more harm that any good AFAIK.
