When using a PEAR::DB DSN string, standard DSN portions go in their
assigned places. Extra items go into the "option" string on the end
in name=value pairs.
When using a PEAR::DB DSN array, use the normal elements for normal
DSN items and just add the extra elements for the extra stuff and
you're good to go.
