Just wanted to add a little note, this will never happen actually, the
current CVS server doesn't have such a mechanism, and in it's current
state it could be plain dangerous to try achieving something like that
:)
We might be able to make the CVS server like that if we splitted from
cvs.php.net and had our own CVS server, but I doubt that will ever
happen ;)
