We cannot incorporate every element proposals we get because this would make the
QuickForm package too big and too difficult to maintain. There are sometimes
more logic in a QuickForm element than in some other simple packages in PEAR,
this makes them complex to maintain. On the other hand, it would be silly to
refuse an element only because we cannot maintain it.
The fact that it is proposed as a subpackage has been discussed on the list
before and I thought we had reached an agreement.
I don't think voting -1 is very nice but that's your opinion.
