Is there anything holding us back from taking PEAR out of the /php4 tree and
merging it all into the /pear tree for 4.0.6?
I realize the installer stuff isn't quite done yet ... but people could then
cvs the latest PEAR stuff without necessarily upgrading PHP. (And maybe we
could make a tarball of PEAR too, for the CVS-challenged).
