Wez just fixed the issue for us :-)
It seems to me that this is related to the XML-RPC PEAR-Zend sync that Steph does every month(?). I don't have any real evidence of this, nor do I have any real knowledge of what exactly is involved in this sync, but I've noticed that PEAR has broken exactly at the same time she runs this, the last two times, at least. Not blaming her, or anything -- just maybe we should look at this job, and at the very least determine that it is not at fault. S
