Yes :-( So I *must* to register new mail box at free
service and I did it *just* for answer in pear-dev
list. Of course, I am not spammer and last 3 digits in
ip from blocklist are not from my virtual host. I have
asked ISP for official answer in English and sent it
to system bug report (http://bugs.php.net/?id=31397).
ISP also have web-site talked about the problem. I
think PHP people should know truth about spam
blocklists which they use.
