Ah, cool! I wasn't sure after the lastest php-dev discussions. I guess
on the long run we'll end up with three template engines in PEAR: simple
(no blocks, str_replace()), intermediate (supports blocks, no logics
within the template, preg_replace()) and advanced (smarty,
if/foreach/section, close to PHP and XML/XSLT).
Don't really mind if people remove IT[X] in case it does not provide us
a good solution for the second class of engines.
