Which people? At the moment (and in the last endless discussion), i see only
people who want to contribute, if coding style are changed. But who asked the
users?
The existing PEAR programmer have no problem the coding standards and the user
like the standards especially for naming and errorhandling.
At the moment there is *no* real reason to change standards.
