Fine with me, although the proposed PHP file looks like it supports only
English.
FYI, there is also a php extension (unfortunately, the author didn't propose it
to PECL yet) called stem-php http://bugs.tutorbuddy.com/
It is using Snowball http://www.snowball.tartarus.org/ AFAIK.
