A "good thing" (TM) IMHO. In particular for packages with complex structure or
that do some complicated manipulations, being able to see the code as .phps
makes life easier, and allows each one to see the bits he/she groks best w/o
needing to get the whole tarball (a boon now that I am in a place with limited
bandwith).
