I18Nv2 already has this stuff, as in all the countries in different
languages (could be improved, i.e. more translations) and I even think
Mike has regions and country numbers and maybe even region numbers.
We might want to spin of those things into separated packages like we
are doing with Validate so people won't have to install the whole thing
just to get one part of I18Nv2, and of course I'm not talking about
splitting it so we have 1x package per locale :-)
Also note the "might", so I'm not saying we should do it, just consider
it ;)
