HTML_QuickForm and improved version of advmultselect component

Hi all, I've rediscovered recently the multiple select box as mentioned into PHPBarnstormer Issue #36 (March 07 - March 13, 2005) [1] "... There was a query regarding the best way to extend HTML_Quickform to create a multiple select box. Bertrand mentioned that this element was recently created and pointed the developer to the example [3] and source [4]. Bertrand continued by mentioning that if the developer wanted to maintain such an element he would be happy to have it as a sub-package of HTML_Quickform. ..." And i think i'm not alone who have the need of a such component. As it was not yet proposal as a sub-package, i would contact original author first for his agreement (someone can tell me who he is ?) I've started to improve its version and solved some features missing. I could then start a proposal if nobody is against this idea.
