I'd like to mention for everyone's benefit that this isn't a normal
multi-select, it's two select boxes next to each other emulating a
multi-select.
The original author is Jamie Alessio <Jamie.Alessio@ucop.edu>, CCed on
this message. I did some talking with him and I've also created my own
copy of this element. I don't remember exactly what I changed.... I
know that I added the ability to double click on either select box to
move elements from one side to the other (which I find very nice) and
put quotes around HTML attributes as well.

One thing I'd still like to see if a template of some kind so that
people can change the layout easily. I, for example, removed the
border around the element, moved the buttons on top of each other, and
added headers above the select boxes. I'm sure others would also like
to change the layout entirely and change the text on the buttons, etc.
