Thanks for these both elements (author name and your version). I actually prepare a draft about my improved version; will soon put it online.
One thing I'd still like to see if a template of some kind so that people can change the layout easily. I, for example, removed the border around the element, moved the buttons on top of each other, and added headers above the select boxes. I'm sure others would also like to change the layout entirely and change the text on the buttons, etc.
I think i have solved these problems, but perharps something is still missing or someone won't be agree with my attempt. I hope to have again some feed back after i've put my draft version online (later this day). Thanks Justin for all details you gave me. regards Laurent Laville
