Hi:
I'm a little green in this neighborhood so hopefully I'm following the
New Maintainers guide correctly. I'd like to contribute a port of the
Jakarta Projects Digester package. A description of the package can be
found at,
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/digester/index.html
Initial concerns? Comments?
