Hello,
Maybe just have to consider what is a core lib. Imho, we should consider core lib all libs can be
use in most of higher level classes, and work with data (dates,time,numbers,strings,...),
"low-level" I/O or rfc/standart function (like crypt).
I/O includes files,db,memory
data includes date time, numbers, strings
Adding :
schedule
Work only on unix platform -> pear
net_socket
standard -> /core

In the current state -> /pear, the name does not reflect the class. Maybe a place for a file
access class ?
