I would also vote for keeping the examples in the package.+1, however I can also see the problem if the package contains a big percentage of examples (on a size basis). The need for the examples would only be in some cases (i.e. on the developers machine), while they are not actually needed in production. I'm -1 on all this uneccessary overhead. If there really are that many examples that it could make sense to have an optional package, how about including the main examples in the main package while having a note (at the "top" i.e. _readme.txt) stating that there is an optional package with more examples? regards Jesper
