[PEPr] Comment on HTML::HTML_Tag

Comment: I have created the HTML_Tag object to have a basic object to render html code with the toHtml() method (useful with HTML package !) : it's just a HTML_Common "brick" with a render. That's why you can encapsulate html objects in the content (objects with the toHtml() method) : i used it in the HTML_FlashTag object. For XML_FastCreate : it hasn't the toHtml method, but i can test method_exists($this->content, "toXml") to make content compatible with toXml method ?
