Comment:
I'm assuming that BOINC is some sort of format used within the Seti@home
project? At least that's what Google seems to point to. Adding an
explanation of BOINC to the proposal might be a wise idea.
And I'm wondering why you are not using XML_Parser (or even simplexml from
PHP 5) in the package. There is really nothing wrong with developing PHP
5-only packages these days.
