I submitted a bug to the bug system reporting an issue with editting maintainers. I want to upgrade a maintainers role from helper to developer, will this allow them CVS access? This process does not work currently on pearweb. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong, of if I need to follow another procedure. Thank you Andrew
