Did the website not allow you to upgrade someone's status or were you
expecting this to give someone CVS access? CVS access is controlled
manually because the PHP Group doesn't trust a web frontend (in the
language they themselves have written) to update it. Some of the
people in the PEAR Group finally got karma to give people karma, so
e-mail them with what you want to happen in regards to CVS.
