Personally, I think using the PHP license on PEAR packages makes no
sense. If you read it, it just doesn't apply properly. So, I think
changing it would be a good thing.

There was some dicussion on the list about this. I use FreeBSD's ports
system for most of my PEAR packages so I can understand it.
