If both IT and ITX can do the same thing, then is there a reason why you
would use ITX as IT is (was) much lighter ? The purpose of IT as mentioned
in the doc is :
"I needed a template class that
supports a SINGLE template file with multiple (nested) blocks inside and
a simple block API."
You can refer to the in-class doc for more info.
Note that I am not against the change but I would like to know if these
changes were agreed by Ulf, as it looks that it was not the purpose of the
class from the beginning.
BTW, it is the first time I hear ITX is a rewrite of PHPlib template. Are
you sure ? They don't work the same at all.
