IT[X] is an exentsion of IT, which allows you to include files as a blocks -
on the code side. That way you can replace a template variable with the
contents of a file.
The committed change to IT seems to add support for includes on the template
side. The question is, if this should really go to IT or if it would better
fit into the IT[X] concept.
