Sure thing. I never work with the dtd, and on initial inspection it
looked OK, so it would be helpful if you would be able to open a bug
with a patch for a working DTD on your end. I'm sure that we can work
this one out to your satisfaction.
As you noted, this is an unintended bug, not an intentional BC break,
and for that I apologize.
