yes, if you can open a bug for the documentation page that doesn't say
this, that would be great (I was not aware of such a page, to be
honest). It should be noted that the DTD for package.xml 1.0 is
probably more accurate, but that there is no dtd for package.xml 2.0,
the schema is the only valid source.
