Fine, I was only wondering.
However the main reason of my mail remains, this is a major version of
an existing package, no need of a proposal but an agreement of the
current maintainers, I doubt there will be any objection but a matter
of principles :)
Once you got it, request a pear developer account and cvs account if
you still do not have one.
