I don't see the real benefit here: Aside from the fact that CVS karma and
website karma/maintainership are totally different things (-> technical
issues when implementing this), the PEAR Group and the QA folks are
usually reasonably fast in updating the maintainership information
manually. (At least if one contacts them *directly*.)
