You seem to forget your bogus request, invalid credentials, etc...
Yours took time yes, but nearly everyone in the last months can say how
good is the current system.
Second, what remains in the proposal is senseless. Are you asking to
give pearweb cvs access to any pear developer? Anyway, pearweb is not
something to vote on.
