in that case, I would recommend putting it in packagefiles, but naming
them after the test, so "test1.spec" for instance.
The only problem with using the test1.out filename is that if you run
"pear run-tests test1.phpt" and it fails, the test1.out file would be
overwritten with the output of the test.
